Pendant.net.au and CareTech’s Vision: CareTech is a Medical Alarm phone equipment and emergency call pendant design and manufacturing company originating in Sweden. We have been designing, producing and providing waterproof alarm pendants and Emergency medical alarm systems globally for more than 25 years.

Our Growing Manufacturing Capability

CareTech has recently opened its second manufacturing plant for waterproof Call Pendants and pendant alarm systems in China with a direct logistics link to growing markets in Australia and New Zealand. Much of the latest equipment in its product range is specifically designed for our markets and all products have A-Tick, C-Tick and CE Compliance. The waterproof Medical alarm pendants and dialer products are manufactured in accordance with the new RoHS directive (Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment).

CareTech also prides itself on being able to modify its equipment for clients special needs.

Experience and Expertise

The Australian arm, CareTech Systems Pty Ltd was established in 2000 by present day Managing Director, Bob Ryan. CareTech Systems Pty Ltd's goal being to carry the CareTech motto Call for Care into the marketplace while wholesaling the CareTech range of nursecall system products in both Australia and New Zealand.

Bob Ryan brings over 45 years of communications experience, the last fifteen years being solely in the aged care industry as the Technical Manager of Tunstall Australasia and more recently as General Manager of Digital Care Systems.
